Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to create awareness and brand recall for our full-time programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to achieve program objectives, generating leads and applications, managing digital campaigns, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Create awareness and brand recall of full-time programmes
  • Develop and execute marketing plans effectively
  • Co-ordinate with Program Leadership Team and other stakeholders
  • Generate leads and applications through various sources
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, creatives, videos, etc.
  • Manage and develop content for social media handles
  • Implement outreach plan pan India
  • Utilize marketing budget effectively
  • Conduct benchmarking and Competitor Analysis

Qualifications

  • Post graduate, preferably an MBA with Marketing specialization/Digital marketing
  • 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in education sector domain preferred
  • Knowledge of editorial practices
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate information effectively
  • Familiarity with event planning and marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
