Job Description

The Commercial Business Analyst is a key member of the Commercial Desk team at Blue Yonder, responsible for guiding and supporting Sales through the deal closure processes. Collaborates with various teams to ensure smooth deal structuring and approval.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting Services Work Orders and manage CRM data entry.
  • Guide Sales through internal approval processes.
  • Review and negotiate customer-facing agreements.
  • Document deal approvals and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Enforce company contracting guidelines.
  • Stay updated on company processes and products.
  • Provide high-level customer service.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
