Job Description

Join our team as a Client Services Specialist in Mumbai, India. The role involves handling lender management administration of Syndicated Loans transactions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handling lender management administration of Syndicated Loans transactions
  • Coordinate set up of lenders and borrowers for closing of syndicated loan deals
  • Manage day-to-day queries relating to lender management administration
  • Monitor workflow of lender management lifecycle
  • Assist with primary syndication trade settlement process
  • Participate in team's improvement for operational controls
  • Build and maintain working relationships to support clients loan book
  • Identify and escalate open issues to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of finance industry experience
  • Experience in Loan Agency/Loan Administration preferred
  • Effective decision-making skills and ability to delegate
  • Strong PC skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and handle heavy volume within deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational capability
