Job Description

Join our team as a Client Services Specialist in Mumbai, India. The role involves handling lender management administration of Syndicated Loans transactions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handling lender management administration of Syndicated Loans transactions
Coordinate set up of lenders and borrowers for closing of syndicated loan deals
Manage day-to-day queries relating to lender management administration
Monitor workflow of lender management lifecycle
Assist with primary syndication trade settlement process
Participate in team's improvement for operational controls
Build and maintain working relationships to support clients loan book
Identify and escalate open issues to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 5 years of finance industry experience
Experience in Loan Agency/Loan Administration preferred
Effective decision-making skills and ability to delegate
Strong PC skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and handle heavy volume within deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational capability
