Join our team at The Quarry, a luxury natural stone brand, as a Payroll & Operations Executive. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, regulatory filings, vendor liaison, team supervision, data management, and more.

Responsibilities

Track daily attendance and manage leave balances
Process accurate payroll and ensure timely disbursement
Stay updated with compliance requirements and regulatory filings
Liaise with vendors and supervise team members
Maintain payroll records, support HR projects, and optimize operations efficiency
Assist in financial coordination and TDS calculations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance
6-7 years of payroll processing experience
Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations
Experience in vendor coordination and MS Excel proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
