Job Description

Supporting Divisional Governance Lead with management of first line divisional governance forums & oversight of risk culture action plan. Review and challenge of key divisional compliance documentation. Drives improvements to customer experience and supports delivery of risk strategy and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end processes to deliver on agreed risk strategy and portfolio data initiatives
Engage with other functions within ANZ to drive synergies and mitigate risks for the business
Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure appropriate risk management

Qualifications

Effective communication skills
Critical thinking abilities
Expertise in crafting compelling narratives
Experience in preparing decks for senior management
Incident and risk management skills
Strong planning and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
