Job Description

Join our Fund Accounting Operations Service Delivery Team as a Client Services Associate to manage client inquiries related to Fund Accounting operations, Client reporting, Recon governance, and more.

Responsibilities

Manage group email boxes and SharePoint queues for timely query resolution
Oversee daily activities like client reporting and instructions
Engage in client calls and meetings to facilitate effective communication
Provide timely MIS reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with partner sites for external deliveries

Qualifications

Knowledge of Fund Accounting operations
Strong management skills
Attention to detail in document review and analytical capabilities
