Job Description

Lead a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on B2B partnerships within the PropTech and Real Estate Platform industries.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives
  • Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide feedback
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation optimization
  • Oversee sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Continuous evaluation and refinement of sales process
  • Track and analyze sales performance data for reporting to senior management
  • Work closely with other departments for seamless onboarding of B2B partners
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations
  • Stay updated on industry trends within PropTech and Real Estate Platform
  • Ensure team meets and exceeds B2B acquisition targets

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in PropTech or Real Estate Platform industry
  • 1-2 years of team leadership experience in inside sales
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycle and best practices
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with focus on achieving goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
