Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to handle various administrative tasks and support daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in the computer.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Prepare reports, Excel sheets, and simple presentations.
  • Check, organize, and reply to emails.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments.
  • Keep track of calendars and daily schedules.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Help organize meetings, events, and functions.
  • Support other departments with daily admin tasks.
  • Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Assist with filing papers, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Qualifications
