Job Description

Seeking an experienced Area Business Manager to lead a team of Acquisitions Managers in the Agri SME space. The role involves managing and growing the customer portfolio in Agri, Food processing, and MSME Industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Acquisitions Managers to grow existing portfolio
  • Recruit quality team members with knowledge of respective geography
  • Offer loan products to customers based on their requirements
  • Build a strong customer base to increase assets and liabilities
  • Deepen relationships with customers through cross-selling
  • Monitor accounts to ensure portfolio hygiene and security perfection
  • Collaborate with internal bank channels to deepen customer base

Qualifications

  • CA / Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance / Commerce
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Relationship management and leadership skills
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of SME funding and portfolio management experience
