Job Description

This role involves providing technical support to the sales team, designing support for projects, estimation support, production support, site quality and audit support, technical support to sales team, and team management.

Responsibilities

Provide 2D/3D design/drawing support to technical and sales team
Estimate projects and value engineering to improve project conversion ratio
Prepare cutting list templates and fabrication drawings
Visit project sites to audit installed products and fabricator's manufacturing facility
Set-up pre-sales and post-sales process and guidelines
Support sales team in business development and technical content development
Manage a team of product developers, sales support, and on-ground tech support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in technical operations and team management
Strong knowledge of 2D/3D design software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
