Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV partners worldwide
Drive revenue through partner engagement

Advocate for partner needs within Siemens
Align partner strategies with Siemens' objectives
Improve partner satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, software development, or related field
8+ years managing partners, preferably in SaaS
Proven track record of revenue growth and partner satisfaction improvement
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
