Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Costing Manager to oversee the costing estimation and billing processes for interior turnkey projects. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities, tracking project costs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project requirements
  • Conduct accurate cost estimations for tenders and proposals
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
  • Prepare accurate project invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in costing, estimation, and billing
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
