We are actively hiring for the role of Quality Analyst II with a focus on conducting quality audits and driving process improvements.
Conduct quality audits, call audits, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Perform call calibration exercises to ensure consistency among team members' performance.
Utilize QC tools such as 7QC, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality tools to drive process improvements.
Provide feedback to team members on their performance and suggest training or coaching where necessary.
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
