Job Description

We are looking for a Host / Hostess to join our team in a hotel or restaurant setting. The primary responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage the waiting list.
Provide menus and assist with initial questions.
Seat guests and manage table rotation.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle complaints and reservations.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Any Graduate degree.
Experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of the menu.
Excellent communication skills.
