Responsibilities

Transform BI organization into an analytics team
Provide insights and patterns on process KPI performance
Implement Big Data Analytics and Predictive capabilities
Support performance improvement and attrition management
Set up reporting systems for business KPIs

Qualifications

15+ years experience in reporting & analytics
10+ years experience in US healthcare RCM
5+ years experience managing reporting analysts
Knowledge of BI tools and US Healthcare
MBA preferred
