Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle Talent Acquisition process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Conduct application screening, interviews, and manage the offer process
  • Facilitate hiring discussions and maintain data accuracy in ATS
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to help integration into the Talkdesk culture

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to recruit for all levels within an organization
  • Experience negotiating employee compensation packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and accountability
