Job Description

We are looking for a Training Manager to oversee the delivery of training programs to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, financial performance, and supporting growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process knowledge, feedback, coaching, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to assess training needs and requirements
Design training and test modules based on client needs
Ensure all performance metrics and targets are met
Maintain regular correspondence with clients to clarify process updates
Measure team performance and motivation
Create SOPs for training department and processes

Qualifications

Good process knowledge and feedback & coaching skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to facilitate learning
Stakeholder management experience
