Job Description

Schaeffler is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR functions at their Talegaon Plant II in Pune. The role involves managing Talent Management, L&D, Rewards & Recognition, HR Interventions, and HR Operations for white-collar workforce.

Responsibilities

Provide HR solutions for Business Units
Manage employee life cycle and talent identification
Implement HR framework with people-centric mindset
Develop engagement strategies with business managers
Coach managers on leadership and specific requirements
Drive initiatives and employer brand reputation
Develop corporate communication strategies

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, MBA preferred
10+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing MNCs
Strong knowledge of HR, Talent Management, and Organizational development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in English
