Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth post-order execution. The ideal candidate should be detail-focused and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily post-order operations for timely processing and dispatch of orders.
Coordinate with fulfillment partners for inventory management and timely fulfillment.
Act as the primary contact for issue resolution with salons, logistics, and fulfillment partners.
Maintain accurate records and update order statuses for transparency.
Conduct quality checks via tele-calling and WhatsApp coordination.
Ensure adherence to packaging SOPs through routine monitoring.
Support financial reconciliation and generate performance reports.
Handle operational queries and escalate critical issues.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in operations or strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or regional language.
Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce is a plus.
