Job Description

Rentkar is seeking a talented Finance Lead who will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including payments, billing, and GST compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure the company complies with all statutory and tax obligations, including GST filings, TDS, and income tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain the company's budget, ensuring alignment with growth strategies and financial goals.
  • Establish and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Implement and maintain financial software to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal control processes to mitigate financial risks.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
