Responsibilities

Team Management and Development

Manage staff in compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Create effective development plans for direct reports
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations

Ensure exceptional service delivery
Resolve client inquiries and concerns

Operational Excellence and Improvement

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
10+ years experience in client services or related areas
3+ years in a people management role
Experience with vendor management systems and US markets
Proficiency in MS Excel
