Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Coordinate with hiring teams using data analytics
Maintain vendor relations and develop new vendors
Support campus hiring and institutional engagement

Qualifications

Experience with Keka or similar ATS
Familiarity with G-Suite
Attention to detail
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of HR experience
