Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of property events from pre-event to post-event phases. Focus on maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage event logistics and operations following established procedures
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the event process
  • Lead event management teams for large-size groups
  • Support sales and marketing functions by assisting in revenue forecasting and up-selling products/services
  • Conduct human resources activities like reviewing guest satisfaction results and providing feedback to employees

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of event management experience
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major with at least 1 year of event management experience
