Job Description

We are seeking an MIS Executive - FinOps to manage credit bureau interactions, ticket resolution, and escalation management. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer credit data to credit bureaus.
  • Collaborate with credit bureaus to resolve discrepancies and data-related issues.
  • Address and resolve customer disputes related to credit reporting.
  • Connect with credit bureaus for escalations and dispute resolution.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit operations, dispute resolution, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, etc.) and reporting standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus point.
