Job Description

The Executive Operations role involves registration of vehicles & drivers documents, knowledge of transfer to customers, channel partners, and drivers, real-time tracking of consignment orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Registration of vehicles & Drivers documents on Technology based GoEx portal.
  • Knowledge of transfer to Customer, Channel Partners (Fleet Owners) & Drivers (optimization and utilization of GoEx Mobile App & Web Application).
  • Real-time tracking of consignment order and POD Closing in system.
  • Ensuring consignments are getting delivered in stipulated time.
  • Diesel request, online editing of VHC and GCN Creation. E way bill extend as and when required.
  • Must be basic computer literate.
  • Freshers are also welcome.
