Responsibilities

Manage e-commerce logistics operations and optimize order fulfillment timelines
Identify and partner with logistic carriers for transportation
Develop strong relations with shipping carriers and negotiate rates
Review and analyze budgets related to order fulfillment
Implement standard operating processes to scale and improve operations
Automate shipping processes, documentation, and reporting
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance customer experience
Ensure operations adhere to laws and guidelines

Qualifications

Proficient with Excel and ERP tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
SQL knowledge is a plus
