Job Description

Seeking a dynamic people leader to drive HR strategies and initiatives for a large, complex location in the ITES/BPO industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives for the location, including employee retention and engagement
  • Provide strategic direction and vision to the team
  • Develop and implement effective employee lifecycle processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive culture change and employee engagement
  • Manage HR functions and drive team development

Qualifications

  • 13+ years of HRBP experience in ITES/BPO industry
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-moving environment
  • MBA/PG degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist responsibilities
