Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to collaborate with retail leadership in driving employee engagement, performance management, grievance resolution, and manpower planning for a motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail leadership on HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement and GPTW initiatives.
  • Conduct store visits, manage grievances, and identify points of employee dissatisfaction.
  • Implement performance tools and ensure policy compliance.
  • Monitor manpower planning and drive talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Prior experience in retail HRBP roles.
  • Strong retail operations understanding and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Execution drive and discretion in handling sensitive information.
