Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President Operations with extensive experience in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space to lead our Multi-Specialty Group Businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive customer accounts to manage operational efficiencies
  • Forecast revenue, costs, and headcount for signed SOWs
  • Optimize team performance and achieve SLA metrics
  • Analyze business metrics, client feedback, and implement improvement frameworks
  • Collaborate with technology teams to deploy products for operational outcomes
  • Lead organizational initiatives for process efficiency
  • Maintain delivery efficiency and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream, MBA preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Minimum 18+ years of work experience with 15+ years in healthcare RCM
  • Experience managing large teams and driving margin growth
  • Strong understanding of billing systems like NG, EPIC, ECW, Athena
