Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Finance Document Checker to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in export and import LC document scrutiny with strong knowledge of UCPDC 600, ISBP, and Incoterms 2020.

Responsibilities

  • Perform document scrutiny using Traydstream platform and manual processes
  • Ensure compliance with UCPDC 600, ISBP, and ICC guidelines
  • Identify and manage discrepancies in LC documents
  • Conduct compliance screening and approvals
  • Resolve escalations related to document checking
  • Address BAU queries from team members
  • Maintain MIS for reporting
  • Collaborate with team leads for data submission

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Finance operations
  • Strong understanding of UCPDC 600, ISBP, and Incoterms 2020
  • CDCS certification preferred
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
