Support the customization and administration of the existing D365 CRM solution.
CRM Customization: Configure entities, attributes, forms, views, dashboards, reports, and web resources.
CRM Administration: Manage queues, routing rules, business rules, SLAs, KPIs, and security roles.
At least 4 years of experience in configuring and customizing the D365 CRM user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
Problem-solving and strategic advisory skills: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
Hands-on experience in customizing forms, views, dashboards, and navigation to enhance usability and align with user needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 CRM configurations.
