Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VDI Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in VDI, Citrix, AppSense, patching, GCP, and basic knowledge of Nutanix or NetScaler environments.

Responsibilities

Perform security agent updates on VDI infrastructure
Install software on VDI images (VDAs)
Manage Nutanix or NetScaler environments
Implement VDI security policy changes using AppSense
Maintain VDI implementations and disk images efficiently
Conduct troubleshooting for Citrix, Windows & Linux OS, hardware, security agents, and VMs
Participate in incident response calls and update tickets accurately

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a VDI SME
Strong knowledge of VDI, Citrix, and AppSense
Experience with patching and GCP
Basic understanding of Nutanix or NetScaler environments
