Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a portfolio of clients towards success by fostering long-term relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer retention.

Responsibilities

Build trusted advisor relationships with customer management and technical teams
Manage a portfolio of customers as their main point of contact
Identify opportunities for increased product usage and create Customer Success Plans
Proactively address renewal needs and monitor churn risks
Conduct business reviews, gather feedback, and engage with executives to drive initiatives

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or related roles
Data and AI domain knowledge
Proven experience in senior customer-facing roles
Experience with Customer Success Platforms
Excellent communication skills
