Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in basic Excel, accounting tasks, and Tally. This role involves managing data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle accounting tasks, including basic bookkeeping and Tally operations.
  • Assist in documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as required.
  • Support front-line teams by managing behind-the-scenes operations.
  • Maintain workflow accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other administrative and support functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
