Job Description

Join Tesco as a Lead Accounts Payables (P2P) to manage the monthly closing of AP records, conduct trainings, ensure quality and accuracy levels, implement process controls, drive efficiency improvements, and more.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly closing of AP records
Ensure team members are trained for Finance induction and conduct regular refresher trainings
Deliver operational KPIs at expected quality and accuracy levels
Implement and maintain process controls
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and escalate within process

Qualifications

Deep expertise in a particular process or discipline
First line team supervisory responsibility
Problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
