Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work in our Engineering & Construction department. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Plan Deployment of team & resources for Project Execution.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation plans.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Oversee project administration, including documentation, communication among team members, and quality control checks.
  • Ensure effective project monitoring by tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination principles and practices.
  • Excellent client coordination skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive project reports using MS Office tools like Excel & PowerPoint.
