We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
Monitor and analyze client usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus.
