Responsibilities

Design & build backend systems with high reliability and availability
Work independently and in a team with least supervision
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams
Own services end-to-end from planning to monitoring & scaling
Mentor junior engineers and elevate the tech bar

Qualifications

6+ years of backend experience in Java
Strong background in distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices
Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS
Product-thinking mindset & experience owning production systems
Ability to solve complex problems & keen attention to detail
Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment
