Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Administrator to handle various administrative tasks along with data entry responsibilities. The role involves maintaining sale order data, calculating quotations, processing credit notes, creating sales orders, and updating customer records.

Responsibilities

  • Update school-wise sale order data and specimen details
  • Calculate sale order quotations accurately
  • Prepare credit notes for sale returns
  • Create transporter forwarding notes for booked bundles
  • Maintain updated order and transport delivery status records
  • Handle Microsoft Dynamics NAV specimen requests
  • Create sales orders, return credit notes, and query status reports
  • Update customer data records

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree
  • Prior experience in data entry or MIS role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
