Job Description

The primary role of a Senior Client Services Account Manager is to manage long-term relationships with clients, coordinate internal & external teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables are provided on time.

Responsibilities

Establish business partnerships with clients and communicate project goals effectively
Execute projects, manage requirements gathering, and provide status updates
Identify customer satisfaction issues and improve client satisfaction
Prioritize work activities to achieve targets and maintain reports for client interaction
Share best practices to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects and strong client relationship skills
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3-4 years of relevant experience with agency systems
