Job Description

Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Oversee the Revenue Cycle Management process to maximize revenue and minimize losses. Provide guidance and support to the Provider Calling team to ensure effective communication with healthcare providers. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts Receivables process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes.
