Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader Operations in the Banking/BFSI/Fintech domain to oversee the team's performance and ensure timely completion of tasks. The role involves resolving queries, compiling performance reports, conducting quality analysis, and motivating team members to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the team's overall performance.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.
  • Resolve queries and escalate exceptional situations.
  • Compile and publish performance reports.
  • Coordinate meetings with other Team Leaders, Trainers, and Managers.
  • Provide the team with a vision of process objectives.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to exceed customer expectations.
  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, and cohesive team effort.
  • Conduct quality analysis and ensure team's quality meets benchmark.
  • Keep Managers/Leaders informed of task accomplishment and issues.
  • Focus on accelerating team's performance.
  • Understand business/organization objectives.
  • Add value to company's Culture, Mission, and Vision.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
