Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and support internal audits.
  • Provide timely updates on accounts and financial status to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
