Job Description

The Payroll Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, Statutory, Income Tax, Social Security & Third Party Vendor administration within the HR Operations shared services department. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll operations, compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for India, SEA & MEA Countries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll process for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage payroll tax reporting and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists
  • Build relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree
  • 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations Payroll & Social Security process
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
