We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Leader specializing in Leadership Hiring to drive the acquisition of senior and executive-level talent across industries.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end leadership hiring for CXO, VP, Director, and Senior Management roles.
Build strong partnerships with internal leadership teams to understand talent needs and organizational strategy.
Design and execute high-quality sourcing strategies using headhunting, networking, and industry mapping.
Lead stakeholder management, ensuring seamless candidate and client experience.
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and leadership pipeline development.
Manage negotiations and close complex leadership offers.
Mentor and guide the internal hiring team towards excellence in executive search best practices.
Maintain strong industry networks and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

4-10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on executive/leadership hiring.
Experience working in staffing firms, HR consultancy, or executive search.
Proven track record of closing senior-level roles across domains.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and networking skills.
