Job Description

Looking for an Assistant Manager - Behavioral Skills Trainer with 8-10 years of experience in core training and content development to train entry level, new managers, and mid-senior managers on behavioral, team management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on leadership and behavioral topics.
Create training modules including quizzes, assessments, case studies, and activities.
Manage end-to-end operations of training programs from invitations to feedback collection.

Qualifications

Graduation/Post graduation in HR or related field.
Proven experience in training and content development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
