Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Collaborate with relationship managers to meet revenue targets.
Event Planning Budget Management: Create proposals, manage budgets, develop detailed plans.
Vendor Coordination: Source vendors, secure contracts, ensure service quality.
Logistics Management: Oversee transportation, accommodations, and day-of coordination.
Design and D?cor: Assist in selecting themes, decorations, design elements.
Problem-Solving: Address issues, resolve emergencies during planning and events.
Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients throughout planning and events.
Team Collaboration: Work with event planning team for seamless execution of weddings.

Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
1-3 years experience in wedding planning or event management.
1 year team management experience preferred.
Organizational, time-management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
Creativity, eye for detail, latest design trends knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
