Job Description

The Implementation Advisor at Hiredas is responsible for managing, executing, and completing the implementation of treasury and cash management solutions for clients in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute and complete the implementation of treasury and cash management solutions (payments, receivables, treasury, trade, electronic banking, Swift, API)
  • Co-ordinate with internal business partners on client project requirements
  • Provide guidance to clients on documentation requirements
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and drive for results to grow the business
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank's client access products/services

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-12 years of banking/client facing experience
  • Implementation experience in the Banking Sector
  • Project management - industry certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • CA/MBA Preferred
  • Experience in related technology/products such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle, Internet Payment Gateways, SWIFT, SFTP, API, ISOxml etc.
