We are looking for a Deputy General Manager - Brand Development to lead brand management and marketing strategies for our premium retail and food & beverage brands. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, brand positioning, consumer insights, and team leadership.
Innovation & Concept Development: Ideate and incubate new F&B and retail concepts. Lead pilot testing and scale-up initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision. Define unique brand propositions.
Consumer Insight & Market Research: Leverage customer insights and market trends for brand evolution and new concept development.
Partnership & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Brand Performance & Analytics: Track brand health metrics, optimize campaigns, and support business growth objectives.
Vendor & Agency Management: Manage external agencies for creative, media, and research. Ensure high-quality outputs.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand managers and marketing professionals.
Experience: 10-15 years in brand management or similar leadership roles.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
