Job Description

Join our team as an Associate Manager - Operations in Mumbai - Thane location. We are a leading online platform facilitating financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

Responsibilities

  • Manage Video KYC (VKYC) process for customer onboarding
  • Ensure VKYC completion targets are met
  • Oversee and coordinate with Customer to ensure smooth completion of VKYC
  • Meet daily assigned VKYC completion targets within TAT
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer experience during the onboarding process

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer onboarding
  • Proficiency in one or more of the preferred languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
